Senior Yoga Teacher with 25 years of practice offer online classes in English

Hi! I am Bira, a Brazilian yoga teacher living in Germany, near Hamburg. I offer a two-hour online class in English, private or group, where you will learn the totality of yoga as a spiritual tradition and way of life. The classes include physical poses, breath awareness, concentration, meditation, yoga history and philosophy. If you are interested in going deep into yoga and yourself, this is your class. We use the body to go way beyond the physical poses and bring inner balance and strength. You will learn how to practice from the heart 24 hours a day with your feet firm on the ground.
