Master Math with Confidence: Personalized Tutoring for Students of All Levels

Hi, I’m Sabyasachi, a 23-year-old Master's student in Electrical Engineering. I have always loved math, but I can relate to many students who initially found it challenging. Like most people, I also disliked it in school, but as I grew older, I began to understand the beauty and logic behind math. Now, I teach math with the goal of helping my students overcome any fear or hesitation they may have toward the subject. My teaching approach begins with understanding where the student currently stands. I will first ask them about the topics they need help with, and then provide a few problems to assess their level of understanding. This helps me identify any gaps in their knowledge. Once I understand their strengths and areas for improvement, we’ll dive deep into the concepts. For each topic, I aim to cover all the different types of problems and key concepts, filling in the missing pieces of information. My goal is to make sure that students not only understand how to solve problems but also grasp the underlying principles that make math make sense. For exam preparation, my approach is focused and targeted. We’ll go over the key topics that are likely to appear in the exam, ensuring each one is understood clearly. I will provide practice problems and offer clarifications where needed. If previous exam papers are available, we’ll solve them together to get a feel for the questions and improve exam readiness. In the end, we focus on building confidence and skills, and I help guide my students to do their very best.
