Psychodrama und Theater – Kreativität, Selbsterfahrung, authentischer Ausdruck für alle

Hello, I’m Mesi! I am a Hungarian actress from Romania, currently living in Linz, with a PhD in Theatre and Performing Arts, and a psychodrama conductor (sub supervision). In my sessions, I combine theatre and psychodrama to create a creative and safe space for self-exploration, creativity, and wellbeing. I work with practical exercises, role play, and creative methods that foster both artistic expression and personal growth. I offer workshops for groups, teams, and individuals. With a focus on group dynamics and team-building, I create interactive and engaging experiences that strengthen collaboration and creativity. For individuals, I tailor my methods to their personal themes and needs, offering a safe space for growth and self-discovery. My sessions are playful, dynamic, and reflective – guiding participants toward greater authenticity, creativity, and inner balance. I work in Hungarian, Romanian, and English, creating a safe and playful space for growth, creativity, and transformation.
