Experienced Private English Tutor

I have hands-on experience in teaching English to a 7-year-old child for 6 months, focusing on foundational language skills such as reading, speaking, listening, and writing. I tailored my lessons to suit the child’s learning pace and interests, using interactive activities, visual aids, and storytelling to keep the sessions engaging and effective. Through consistent and patient guidance, I was able to help improve the child's vocabulary, sentence construction, and confidence in using the English language in daily conversations. This experience has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and make learning both fun and meaningful. In my recent work experience in Cambodia, I had the opportunity to teach English to my Khmer friends. I provided them with consistent guidance in speaking, reading, and understanding the language through practical conversations and everyday use. As a result of our sessions, they are now able to communicate more confidently and continuously in English. This experience has enhanced my ability to teach in a patient, adaptable, and culturally sensitive manner.
