I am a special education teacher with a keen focus on inclusive pedagogical processes, emphasizing human diversity and fostering growth and learning opportunities. My professional journey has equipped me with a robust skill set in areas such as Office 360 proficiency, effective time management, adaptability, and creativity. As a problem solver and eager learner, I bring a commitment to equal opportunities both within and beyond traditional educational settings. Possessing strong soft skills, assertive communication, organizational prowess, and critical thinking abilities, I excel in recognizing and enhancing diverse learning approaches and problem-solving methods. I have worked at several public organizations in my home country Costa Rica, including the National Ministry of Education as a special education teacher in La Capri School at San José. I have worked with the Costarican National Agency in charge of taking care of abandoned minors, also as a special education but focused on vocational processes and academic leveling in different subjects.
