Certifications: EF SET English Certificate (C2-Proficiency): With a score of 83/100, I can confirm that I speak and teach English at a very high level. Practical Experience Freelance English Teacher (since 2018): I have successfully prepared numerous students for tests, examinations, and international relocations. Particularly in IT and business environments, I have developed effective lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of my students. Teaching at the Volkshochschule Lüdenscheid (since September 2024): Here, I have gained valuable experience working with German-speaking native speakers. I have developed innovative teaching strategies to optimize the learning process, regularly integrating modern technologies to make learning more effective and enjoyable. FRIENDS English Club (August 2021 – January 2022): In this role, I worked intensively with individuals and small groups. We lessons were perfectly organized according to my objectives. I have improved my English skills from B1 to B2 Level. I use English in my daily routine at work: writing emails and other documentation, speaking with colleagues and for my project’s presentation . Technology integration added variety to the lessons, helped to practice the grammar, developed skills of spontaneous speaking on various topics and was fun??. We used a Miro board for our lessons. It helped me to have a clear understanding of the lesson’s structure, to renew the material that has been learned. It was super helpful and productive for our collaboration. The learning atmosphere was always warm and friendly!

Nach mehreren Monaten Unterricht sehe ich, dass sich mein Sprachniveau erheblich verbessert hat. Und ich glaube, dass dies immer das Ergebnis der Bemühungen beider Seiten ist – sowohl des Lehrers als auch des Schülers! Englisch ist mittlerweile mein Leben geworden ?? Für jeden, der dies ernsthaft angehen möchte, kann ich Ellen wärmstens empfehlen, besonders wenn auswendig lernen nicht dein Ding ist.
