Hi, I’m Sappire (Saphir in DE), a therapist in training and a coach supporting students who feel overwhelmed, constantly stressed, or stuck in their studies. If you: sit in front of your work and can’t focus procrastinate even when deadlines are close feel pressure all the time but still fall behind get mentally exhausted and lose motivation feel like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough then the problem is not your ability... it’s how your system is handling the pressure. I help you change how you approach and experience learning so you can feel calmer, more focused, and more in control. In our sessions, we work on: reducing stress and anxiety around studying improving focus and mental clarity building a healthier relationship with pressure, expectations, and performance creating space for rest, balance, and motivation I use practical evidence-based tools from nervous system regulation, movement, and reflection that you can apply immediately to help you feel more capable and less overwhelmed. Research shows that when we’re less stressed and more regulated, learning becomes easier and more effective. Each session is adapted to you: your situation, pace, challenges, and what actually helps you function better.
