pgrade Your Mind: Critical Thinking Skills

I am a critical thinking trainer with over 20 years of experience in sales, customer experience, banking, and education, which means I don’t just teach theory, I work with real decisions, real risks, and real people. I help learners understand how their mind works, where biases appear, and how to make better choices in complex, noisy environments. I already teach critical thinking to a wide range of audiences: pupils and students who need clarity and structure, entrepreneurs who must decide under uncertainty, and professionals who navigate pressure, targets, and conflicting information. I work both locally and internationally, online and in person, which allows me to adapt my style to different cultures, ages, and learning needs. In my sessions, we don’t just talk about concepts, we analyse real situations, media messages, negotiations, financial choices and everyday dilemmas. We explore cognitive biases, logical fallacies, persuasion techniques and emotional triggers, always with one goal: helping you think more clearly, ask better questions and avoid being easily manipulated. My teaching style is warm, structured and practical. I create a safe environment where questions are encouraged, mistakes are treated as learning opportunities, and every example is connected to real life. If you want a teacher who combines experience, clarity, humour and high standards, I’d be happy to guide you on your critical thinking journey
