Master German: Custom Online Lessons with a Multilingual Native

Hello! I'm Aylin, a dedicated German teacher with an academic background in Geography and Environmental Sciences, and a multilingual upbringing in Germany with Turkish roots. My fluency in German, Spanish, English, and Turkish, combined with a diverse professional journey, has equipped me with a unique perspective on language learning and cultural connections. As a language instructor at Language School Berlin-Berlin, I've refined my skills to design and conduct customized German lessons, carefully tailored to meet individual learning styles and educational levels, in line with the Common European Framework of Reference. My teaching portfolio includes utilizing renowned resources like 'Planetino' for children and 'Menschen' or 'Schritte' for adults, ensuring learners receive a well-rounded educational experience. My approach integrates real-world scenarios and cultural nuances, drawing upon my varied experiences e.g. earth sciences, AI, and experience management. I believe learning a language transcends mere vocabulary. It's about diving into its essence, understanding its nuances, and appreciating its history. I find joy in guiding my students to not only grasp a new language but also connect with its culture. In my classes, you'll get more than grammar lessons; we'll exchange stories, cultural insights, and perhaps explore Turkish and German cuisines. Whether in online or in-person settings, my focus to teaching is rooted in forming a genuine connection with the language for effective learning and communication. Here's how we'll achieve it: Objective Setting: Our journey begins with understanding your language goals. Whether for travel, work, study, or cultural enrichment, our lessons will be tailored to your aspirations. Customized Learning Experience: Through a detailed assessment, we'll identify your current language level to develop a personalized learning plan, incorporating authentic materials and targeted exercises. This plan is designed to engage and challenge you, accommodating your specific interests. Lesson Frequency and Structure: We'll agree on a class schedule that suits your pace and learning targets, ensuring progress without overwhelming your daily life. If you're looking for classes that provide a complete experience in the German language, focusing on both everyday communication and professional skills, I'm here to help you out!
