It warms my heart to see people step out of their comfort zones and become the unique beings they are meant to be. My sessions bring a warm, culturally aware, approach and are uniquely designed to support you on your journey. Shaped by years of guiding people from diverse backgrounds across the world including Germany, U.S.A., Vietnam and South Africa. I've spent the past 2 years traveling and offering my guidance to those ready to make a positive change in their life experience. One doesn't need years of therapy to heal and grow and everyone deserves to have a more balanced and beautiful life experience. Together we embark on a journey to find what supports you best while building self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, communicating with compassion, growing confidence, and providing your own toolbox for navigating life's changes. Providing a safe environment built on honesty, trust, respect and love are important for our tutoring session as that is where one can fully tap into the person one wishes to be. Through a varity of mindfulness practices, compassionate communication, and practical tools, I help individuals step into their strengths, build self-awareness, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
