English Tutoring from Award Winning Master of Architecture Student (New Zealander)

Drawing on my experience as an award-winning Master’s graduate from New Zealand, I bring a unique blend of academic excellence and creative teaching to my field. My background includes extensive work as a Contextual Studies Peer Tutor, where I helped peers master academic essay writing, structure, and comprehension, and hands-on experience as a swimming instructor for children, which honed my ability to adapt to individual learning needs. This diverse experience has enabled me to develop engaging, tailored lesson plans that consistently yield positive results. At university, I have consistently achieved high marks, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence and my passion for learning. In school, I was honoured with the highest accolade for English, recognising my proficiency and deep-rooted enthusiasm for the language. These achievements underscore my dedication to both personal academic success and the educational development of others. With a solid academic foundation in Interior Architecture from Otago Polytechnic and ongoing postgraduate studies, I combine analytical rigor with a passion for fostering dynamic, inclusive learning environments. As a native English speaker with no proficiency in German, I am particularly well-equipped to work with students who have a basic knowledge of English. My international outlook and drive to explore the world further enrich my teaching style, allowing me to connect with students from various cultural backgrounds and inspire them to excel academically while developing a lifelong love of learning.
