Career mentor for early-career talent. LinkedIn optimization, Interview Preparation and guidance for a great start in Corporate.

Hello! I'm Carol, an engineer working in Project and Process Management for over 7 years. I started my career in Brazil and later moved to Poland for work. Today I’m exploring the German job market working for one of the biggest retail brands in Europe as a Scrum Master for Product Development. My mentorship sessions are practical, I will explore your challenges and share my experience, providing clear actions you must take to overcome it. I like to follow up close my mentees, so will make myself available for any questions that might rise while you are working on the implementation of the changes we explored.
