I was born on a warm, Rainy day in August in Gujrat, Pakistan. I live in Erfurt, Germany. I am clinical psychologist and working for Mental Health Awareness on Instagram. I believe when human beings experience trauma or life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is to bring and cure to the people that have been through stressful situations. I help my clients, who include Adults and families, to find healthy perception of themselves and strengthen their skills and their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and secure. I believe Understanding someone’s suffering is the best gift you can give another person. I truly know that no single approach is right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including CBT (Cognitive behavior Therapy), (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), Reflective practice and psychotherapy. I also developed sufficient competence in Hypnotherapy and Narrative Therapy. My Educational Background includes a BS in psychology from university of Gujrat, and MS in clinical psychology from university of Lahore. I design Mental Health Journals and planed content for Mental Health Awareness. I have five years of experience teaching various psychology topics, and I think that teaching psychology is the best part of my job because it allows me to learn more about the subject.
