Practical career coaching for professionals and students, including CV support, interview preparation, and career guidance.

Having had many career advice and coaching sessions with Arisa, I can confidently recommend her to anyone stepping into a new role or struggling to manage challenges within an existing one. Her patience, support, and priceless advice helped me navigate some very difficult situations and encouraged me to grow professionally and move into a better position. Beyond her career guidance and coaching, I’ve also had the opportunity to interact with her in a language-learning capacity, as I am currently studying Japanese. She offers excellent Japanese conversational practice and language support, which has been an amazing experience as well. Arisa is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping people grow, both professionally and personally.

Arisa has helped me a lot over the years. She has excellent analytic abilities and a firm grasp on how businesses work. Combined with her strong empathy, she is able to break down your situation and opportunities very well. She then is able to device a plan with you together on how to get you to where you want to go in your professional life. She helps you to overcome obstacles in a positive manner and establish you further on your desired career path. Instead of feeling anxious, you're feeling hopeful and motivated and that results in you actually succeeding! She is a joy to work with.
