ESL teacher From Brazil with 150 hours Master TEFL/TESOL, Worked at Busuu

My name is Piero Loureiro, and I am 24 years old. Over the course of my career, I have developed extensive knowledge and experience in teaching English as a second language, both online and in traditional classroom settings. Professional Experience Busuu and Fluency Academy: I currently work as an English teacher at two of the world's leading EdTech companies, Busuu and Fluency Academy. In these roles, I have created and implemented personalized lesson plans, utilizing advanced technology and tools to maximize student learning. School Coordination: I have coordinated schools in the interior of São Paulo, managing teams of teachers, developing curricula, and overseeing the quality of education to ensure that educational goals were effectively met. Creation of a Digital English School: At the age of 21, I founded a digital English school where I was responsible for the entire structure, including branding, social media content, and the Learning Management System (LMS). I also managed the hiring of teachers, paid traffic managers, developers, and collaborated with micro-influencers to promote the school. Despite the challenges and limited resources, I successfully navigated the venture and later secured a prominent position at Busuu, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
