Computer science tutor with experience of teaching technology and programming to children of all ages

Hemy name is Sakina. I have completed my 2nd Master's degree in Data Science from UE - University of Europe for Applied Sciences, Potsam, Germany in March, 2023. Teaching has always been my passion and I have experience of teaching part-time - IT Fundamentals for the Foundation students enrolled in the Software Engineering program at my own University at the Berlin campus. I have already completed my Masters in IT from Mumbai University, India and have a total experience of almost 8 years in the teaching field. Besides, I have also extensive experience in content development and authored 5 Computer Science textbooks for primary level published in my home country. These books also include chapters on coding right from the basic concepts. I have taught coding in various languages right from Scratch, App creation to Core Java, HTML etc. But what I like to equip my students with is the fundamental concepts like in programming what is OOPs, Looping statements, Data structures etc. and how to implement these concepts in different languages. For example, in Python, the use of libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Data Visualization using Python and final implementation through projects for practical understanding because implementing the codes for different purposes is the key factor to master any programming language. I enjoy working with children and empowering them to use Computers in a correct mindful way with awareness of the do's and don'ts of using Internet. Thats all for now, hoping to hear a positive response from you. Thank You !! Sakina
